Octane Gossip is written and edited by Neill Watson, a professional photographer, writer and motorsport instructor based in the UK. He writes regularly for the specialist motoring press and creates words and pictures features on motorsport, tuner cars, classic cars and other aviation and transport related subjects and only writes in the third person when completing the ‘About’ pages.

Neill writes about the business of photography on his blog, but this site is a combination of blog and magazine style features all about the business he works in. You’ll be able to read stories that didn’t make it to print, features on car photo shoots, how he made the shots, the gear he used and tests of new photography equipment as it becomes available.
